Parenting Plan evaluations are performed in the context of divorce litigation. Effective October 1, 2008, the Florida Statues now require all divorcing parents to develop a detailed parenting plan. When parents are unable to agree on all or parts of their plan, a parenting plan evaluation may be requested.
If you would like to schedule a parenting plan evaluation, please contact our office. If you have a court order for your evaluation, we will ask you to provide a copy prior to scheduling your appointments.
Insurance typically does not cover this type of evaluation. The cost of the evaluation varies depending on the issues to be addressed in your case and the number of the individuals to be evaluated.
